This group is intended to serve as a support and resource for Playwrights living in the Capital District in New York, as well as the Berkshires. The JSG has been recently reorganized in an effort to keep this group operational and build upon the efforts of the previous group leadership to offer Jewish folks from the community an opportunity to socialize and make new friends. … We engage in protest/support rallies, letter writing and phone call campaigns, and give endorsements to local politicians through our own vetting process. A grass roots organization with limited resources, our goal is to become a model for other groups around the state and country to follow. *** Most of our members have not signed up on our meetup page.
